Customers must file a claim within 15 days of the incident. Call 866-308-1709 from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm ET Monday-Friday, and from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET on Saturday to file a claim. After approval, Luna will call you to schedule your repair service.
